About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Client Services Team Representative who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and has excellent time-management skills. The role involves supporting patients, families, clinical staff, service coordinators, referral sources, physician offices, and insurance companies. Full-time and part-time options are available, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Starting pay is $14.00–$17.00 per hour. Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Customer-service attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- One year of medical office experience.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails, greet patients and prospective patients, and remind patients of upcoming appointments.
- Schedule patients with clinical staff in a timely manner.
- Communicate with patient families, service coordinators, and referral sources.
- Follow up with physician offices and insurance companies to confirm receipt of faxes and check authorization status.
- Demonstrate customer-service excellence and provide compassionate customer service in every encounter.
