About The Position

Globe Life AO is hiring a remote, entry-level Client Services Representative for U.S.-based applicants. The role involves communicating with clients, explaining insurance benefits and coverage options, responding to questions, assisting with policy updates, and maintaining organized records. Training is provided, and previous insurance experience is not required. Candidates must be willing to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license. Compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses; advertised annual earning potential ranges from $60,000 to $150,000, depending on individual performance, and is not guaranteed. Scheduling options depend on business and team requirements. Benefits and scheduling are subject to applicable eligibility and company requirements.
