About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring caregivers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with opportunities across a range of clients and schedules. Shift availability varies based on current client needs. Schedules may include mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, Monday–Friday routines, full-time or part-time work, and 12-hour shifts. Caregivers support seniors in maintaining safety, comfort, and independence. Depending on the assignment, duties may include companionship, personal care and activities of daily living, mobility assistance and fall prevention, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and dementia care with gentle redirection.

- Have caregiving experience or a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide mobility assistance and help prevent falls.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide dementia care and gentle redirection.
- Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
