About The Position
Babette Home Care, LLC is hiring caregivers in Dedham to help seniors and people with disabilities improve their quality of life and live healthy, safe, and independent lives in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. The schedule is to be determined and is described as overnight.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
- Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Be compassionate, respectful, and ethical.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role.
- First aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
- Prepare meals and snacks.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with errands and shopping.
