About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers in Connecticut to provide one-to-one in-home support to clients in Norwalk, Stamford, and Fairfield. Caregivers help aging adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other daily needs while building meaningful relationships with clients. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. The advertised pay rate is $20–$23 per hour. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA license.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Provide one-to-one support to clients in their homes.
