About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers (HHA, CNA, or PCA) to support clients in New Haven County. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they build relationships with clients and support aging adults. Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA license.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients one-to-one in their homes with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
