About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers with HHA, CNA, or PCA credentials to support clients in Madison, Westbrook, Killingworth, Old Lyme, and Waterford, Connecticut. Caregivers provide one-to-one support to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they build relationships with clients and help aging adults.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA license.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
