About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced Connecticut caregivers with HHA, CNA, or PCA credentials to support clients in East Hampton, Cromwell, and Wethersfield. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, supporting personal care, companionship, mobility, transportation, and other daily needs. The role offers pay of $20–$23 per hour, with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts and full-time or part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with aging adults.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA license.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support to clients.
