About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Monroe and surrounding areas. Caregivers work one-to-one with clients in their homes, helping older adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers shifts during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support and emphasizes building meaningful relationships with clients while supporting aging adults. Pay is listed at $15.50–$16.50 per hour, with a $300 sign-on bonus. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA certification.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Comply with state background screening requirements.
Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-to-one in their homes with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Provide mobility support.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
