Venice Experienced Caregivers (CNA/PCA/HHA)
About The Position
TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Venice, Florida, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one support to clients in their homes, helping aging adults with personal care, companionship, transportation, mobility support, and light housekeeping. The role offers pay of $18–$20 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedule options and shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Caregivers receive local team support and may have access to benefits and career development opportunities; compensation, benefits, and bonuses can vary by state and location.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship, social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Provide mobility support.
