Hiring Experienced Caregivers (HHA, CNA, or PCA)
About The Position
TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers in Connecticut to support clients in East Hampton, Cromwell, and Wethersfield. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other daily needs. The role offers pay of $20–$23 per hour, with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts and full-time or part-time schedules available. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults build meaningful relationships and promoting their well-being.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA license.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Support clients with mobility needs.
