About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while caregivers build relationships with clients and support aging adults. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, with starting pay listed as $16 per hour. The position also includes flexible schedules, weekly pay with optional Daily Pay through PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and caregiver support. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
Comply with state background screening requirements.
Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
