About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to provide one-to-one support to clients in their homes in Jupiter Beach and surrounding areas. Caregivers assist aging adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and household tasks. The role offers shift availability during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers and aims to help aging adults build meaningful relationships and maintain a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
Comply with state background screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes.
