About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers (CNA, HHA, or PCA) to support clients in Manchester and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and related everyday needs. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they help aging adults and build meaningful relationships with clients.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA license.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
