About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers in Milwaukee to support aging adults in their homes. Caregivers work one-to-one with clients, providing personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
