•$54,000 - $57,500•Hybrid

About The Position

As a claims adjuster trainee, you’ll learn how to help customers get back on the road after an accident. This is not a field position; you’ll build relationships with customers over the phone in a fast-paced environment, learning to resolve a full caseload of claims efficiently and manage the claims process from start to finish. You’ll receive support from a collaborative team and ongoing coaching from leaders, along with in-depth training on property damage and insurance contracts so you can adjust claims confidently and independently. This is a hybrid role. For 12 months, you’ll work in the office two days selected by local leadership and choose where to work the other three days, at home or in the office. After that period, required office days for meetings, training, and collaboration will vary based on business needs. Employees who prefer an in-office environment may work in the office as often as they would like.
