Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee
About The Position
Warrior Insurance Network is hiring a full-time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee for First Chicago Insurance Company. The position is intended for recent or upcoming college graduates interested in beginning a career in the insurance industry. The company provides a training program and support to build knowledge of the claims process. The role is onsite and involves handling incoming auto claims, investigating claim details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages while maintaining a customer-first approach. Trainees shadow experienced professionals and take on additional responsibilities as they develop. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with software tools for claims processing and managing or analyzing claims data.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions to develop understanding of the claims process.
