Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee
About The Position
Warrior Insurance Network is hiring a full-time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee for First Chicago Insurance Company. The role is designed for recent and upcoming college graduates seeking to begin a career in insurance. The company provides training and support, including sessions covering the claims process, and opportunities to shadow experienced professionals before gradually taking on more responsibility. The trainee handles incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages while maintaining a customer-first approach. The position is onsite and typically follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule. The estimated compensation range is $20–$30 per hour; actual compensation depends on experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
