Citizens Teller - Part Time
About The Position
As a Citizens Teller, you make a difference for customers and the branch team. You greet customers in branch lobbies, demonstrate how to use the mobile app and ATMs for simple transactions, and create positive customer experiences. You identify opportunities to help customers achieve financial goals by providing personalized advice and solutions, and connect them with Bankers when appropriate. You use your knowledge of Citizens products and benefits to answer questions and address concerns. You follow financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and applicable state and local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED.
- At least 6 months of experience processing transactions involving cash and/or digital payments.
- At least 1 year of demonstrated customer experience recommending and referring products and services.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to ask effective questions and identify needs to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Customer-centric approach to delivering exceptional service.
- Comfort using digital technology to support business goals.
- Ability to work branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
- Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in branch lobbies.
- Demonstrate how to use the mobile app and ATMs to complete simple transactions.
- Provide personalized advice and solutions that meet customers’ needs and support their financial goals.
- Connect customers with Bankers for further assistance.
- Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits, and respond to their questions and concerns.
- Follow financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and state and local laws and regulations.
