About The Position

Foundations Early Learning Center is hiring a part-time Childcare Teacher at its Inman, South Carolina location. The center provides infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Its classrooms use hands-on, STEAM-focused learning, the Creative Curriculum, and Brain Connect programs. The role focuses on providing children with a safe, healthy, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports learning and development, while building strong partnerships with families. The hourly pay range is $16–$19, determined by education and years of experience. Pay may increase with continued education, performance, and years of service. Foundations describes its mission as enriching children’s lives through meaningful, innovative early learning experiences and its vision as empowering children to realize their full potential.

Requirements

Passion for working with young children.
At least 18 years old.
Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass background checks and health assessments.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for child safety and emergencies.

Nice To Haves

EDU 119 or higher preferred.
Previous experience working in licensed childcare.
