About The Position

The Childcare Teacher supports children’s safety, education, and care in a nurturing early-learning environment. The role involves creating an engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow; supporting social and emotional development; and fostering a love of learning through Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect programs. Teachers build partnerships with families through daily app updates and personal discussions. The position is part-time at The Sunshine House school at 1494 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, Georgia.

Requirements

Passion for working with young children.
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working in licensed childcare.
Ability to pass background checks and health assessments.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for child safety and emergencies.
