About The Position

Foundations Early Learning Center is hiring a part-time Childcare Teacher at its Inman, South Carolina location. The center offers hands-on, STEAM-focused learning and uses the Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect programs. The role supports children’s learning, development, safety, and well-being while building partnerships with families. The hourly pay range is $16–$19, determined by education and years of experience, with potential increases based on continued education, performance, and years of service. Foundations provides early learning programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, including infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs. Its mission is to enrich children’s lives through meaningful, innovative early learning experiences, and its vision is to empower children to realize their full potential.

Requirements

Passion for working with young children.
At least 18 years old.
Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass background checks and health assessments.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.

Nice To Haves

EDU 119 or higher preferred.
Previous experience working in licensed childcare.
