About The Position
The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program is hiring a Child Support Case Processing Analyst (Revenue Specialist II) at its Tallahassee Service Center. The program helps children receive financial support and promotes more stable childhoods and brighter futures. This position provides customer support and attends court for child support cases, with duties suited to someone who enjoys critical thinking, customer interaction, and problem solving. The role is located in Tallahassee, Florida, and requires routine travel for court attendance. The standard schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with possible work outside regular hours when business needs require it. Telework may be available after required training is completed and an acceptable level of proficiency is reached. The position pays $38,760.36–$45,004.08 annually.

- Experience processing information using a computer system.
- Experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
- Experience communicating with others to gather information.
