About The Position
The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program seeks a Child Support Case Processing Analyst to provide customer support for child support cases. The role involves gathering and analyzing case information, researching and resolving issues, coordinating with internal and external partners, and making decisions based on case information and documentation. The position is based in West Palm Beach and is eligible for part-time telework after required training and achievement of an acceptable level of proficiency.
Requirements
