About The Position
The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program is hiring a Child Support Case Processing Analyst (Revenue Specialist II) for its Judicial Actions Team in Port Charlotte. The role provides customer support and attends court for child support cases. It involves handling requests, coordinating with partners, researching and resolving case issues, analyzing case information and documentation, assisting customers, and preparing for court proceedings. The position may require travel for court attendance. It is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a standard workday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Part-time telework may be available after required training and reaching an acceptable level of proficiency.
Requirements
- Experience processing information using a computer system.
- Experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
- Experience communicating with others to gather information.
Responsibilities
