About The Position

Pathfinder International seeks a Chief Revenue & Partnerships Officer (CRPO) to build and lead an integrated revenue strategy, in partnership with the President and CEO, that diversifies funding and strengthens financial sustainability and resilience. A central priority is growing unrestricted funding through philanthropy and innovative financing that opens new sources of capital. Reporting to President and CEO Dr. Tabinda Sarosh, the CRPO will serve as her strategic partner in revenue generation and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Programs and Impact Officer, Vice President of Strategic Engagement and Innovation, Country Directors, and Board of Directors. The role directly leads the Individual Giving Unit, including the Director of Major and Leadership Gifts; Pathfinder’s emerging impact and capital investment work; and corporate partnerships. Proposal-based fundraising from foundations, governments, and other institutional donors is led by the Business Development team under the Chief Programs and Impact Officer. Pathfinder is transitioning from a funding model heavily reliant on U.S. government funding, which ended in 2025, toward a country-led model focused on local leadership and self-reliance. The CRPO will define a revenue and financial strategy covering the desired contribution of each revenue stream, required investment, and measures of progress. The position will prioritize and sequence promising opportunities, grow individual giving from mid-level through major gifts, and develop new sources such as impact investment, blended finance, and earned income from social enterprises incubated within Pathfinder. Over time, the CRPO is expected to integrate traditional and emerging approaches into a unified global revenue function and position Pathfinder as a leader in innovative development financing.
