About The Position

Check-In Attendants support event-day staffing operations at Raymond James Stadium. They set up the check-in area, check in team members, distribute uniforms and collect them at the end of the event, and help ensure checked-in team members are in their assigned stands once gates open. The role also involves preparing pre-event binders and uniforms, visiting assigned stands to verify team-member presence, and adhering to Legends’ uniform and grooming standards. Attendants must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and major ticketed events.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Elevated time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Must be able to obtain food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service certifications.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Excellent customer-service skills.
• Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and all major ticketed events.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Ability to navigate ramps and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up the check-in area.
• Distribute uniforms to team members and have them sign off to confirm receipt.
• Participate in pre-event setup of binders and uniforms.
• Visit assigned stands and ensure team members are present.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Adhere to Legends’ uniform and grooming standards.
• Practice safe work habits, follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and complete required safety training.
