About The Position

The Porter maintains the cleanliness of Legends areas at Raymond James Stadium, including concession stands, kitchens, coolers, and offices. The role may also involve producing and distributing popcorn and laundering uniforms. Porters support food-and-beverage operations during games and events by cleaning assigned areas and equipment, assisting with dishwashing in premium pantries and the main kitchen during NFL games, and completing assigned opening and closing duties. The position requires following safety and cleaning procedures, responsible alcohol-service guidelines, and company service standards.

Requirements

Ability to interact with coworkers to help ensure compliance with company service standards.
Ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol-service certifications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with attention to detail.
Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
Sufficient mobility to perform production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Gather and empty trash and break down boxes.
Perform dishwasher duties in the premium pantry and main kitchen during NFL games, including setup, washing items, and breaking down the area after an event.
Perform 100 and 300 portable movement.
Clean offices, including vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting.
Clean grills, coolers, walls, and equipment as assigned.
Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and cleaning chemicals according to Ecolab specifications.
Pressure wash floors, mats, and trash bins.
Polish equipment.
Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Move equipment and supplies manually or with hand trucks.
Notify managers when major repairs or additions to building operating systems are needed.
Launder uniforms.
Make, bag, and distribute popcorn.
Meet all Legends safety standards and follow applicable safety policies, procedures, regulations, and training requirements.
Follow responsible alcohol-service guidelines as required by law and company standards.
Complete opening and closing duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
Maintain a pleasant attitude toward customers, coworkers, and management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
