Check-In Attendant – Raymond James Stadium
About The Position
Check-In Attendants support event operations at Raymond James Stadium. They set up the check-in area, check in team members, distribute uniforms and collect them at the end of the event, and make sure checked-in team members are at their assigned stands once guest gates open. The position also participates in pre-event preparation and helps ensure team members follow Legends’ uniform and grooming standards. The role requires availability for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and all major ticketed events. It involves prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting, navigating ramps and stairs, and occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to read and write; the required language is not specified in the posting.

Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up the check-in area.
- Hand uniforms out to team members and have them sign to confirm receipt.
- Participate in pre-event setup of binders and uniforms.
- Visit assigned stands and ensure all team members are present.
- Adhere to Legends’ uniform and grooming standards.
- Practice safe work habits, follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and complete company-wide and job-specific safety training.
