In-Seat Hawker – Raymond James Stadium
About The Position
The Local Eats In-Seat Hawker provides service to guests at Raymond James Stadium by accurately fulfilling orders throughout the venue in a friendly and pleasant manner. The role involves walking through seating areas and actively selling products while following venue alcohol policies and state alcohol laws. The hawker maintains product knowledge and inventory, replenishes stock, and provides excellent guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position requires availability for Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF, and major stadium events, including concerts and other events, with work beyond standard hours when necessary.
Requirements
- Must be available for Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF, and major stadium events, including concerts and other events; must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and beyond standard hours when necessary.
- Attention to detail, time management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Previous vendor experience in a high-volume environment.
- Must successfully complete food safety and TEAM alcohol service certifications.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively with others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks involving constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs, elevators, and guests.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, lift, carry, reach, squat, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to learn tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, and complete tasks independently.
- Ability to communicate and lead teams to complete tasks in time-sensitive situations; comfort speaking in front of a group and providing clear direction.
