About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a reliable Chase associate to coordinate daily activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role involves accurately overseeing the distribution of supplies, packages, and other materials, and supporting efficient customer order fulfillment. The associate pulls replenishments using powered equipment, builds pallets with product cases for stocking, and follows warehouse safety procedures when operating equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–1 year of prior relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the distribution department with overseeing incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and packages.
Inspect warehouse equipment and machinery to identify unsafe conditions and help prevent accidents.
Load and unload pallets using heavy operating machinery, such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
Maintain standard operating procedures throughout the warehousing department to support safety and regulatory compliance.
Communicate with supporting departments and distribution facilities to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
Compile educational materials, training, and presentations to instruct staff on health and safety matters.
Monitor inventory levels and process stock transfer requests and purchase orders to ensure materials are ordered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Observe the condition of the distribution facility and share notes with leadership, including recommendations for improvement.
Collect statistical data on distribution operation times and develop practical approaches to optimize processes.
Pull replenishments using powered equipment and build pallets with product cases for stocking.
