About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a reliable Chase associate to coordinate daily activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role oversees the distribution of supplies, packages, and other materials while prioritizing accuracy, efficiency, safety, and timely customer order fulfillment. The associate pulls replenishments using powered equipment and builds pallets of product for stocking. The position also supports inventory monitoring, warehouse safety and regulatory compliance, communication with supporting departments, and process improvement activities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–1 year of prior relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Pull replenishments using powered equipment and build pallets of product for stocking.
Assist the distribution department in overseeing incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and packages.
Inspect warehouse equipment and machinery to identify unsafe conditions and help prevent accidents.
Load and unload pallets using heavy operating machinery, such as forklifts and/or overhead cranes.
Maintain standard operating procedures in the warehousing department to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with supporting departments and distribution facilities to support timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
Compile educational materials, training, and presentations to instruct staff on health and safety matters.
Monitor distribution inventory and process stock transfer requests and purchase orders so materials are ordered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Observe facility conditions and share notes with leadership to recommend improvements.
Collect statistical data on distribution operation times and develop practical approaches to optimize processes.
Follow safety procedures when operating powered equipment throughout the warehouse.
