About The Position

CVS Health is hiring for a full-time warehouse role. The position conducts replenishment pulls using powered equipment and builds pallets of product cases for stocking. It also supports distribution operations by handling materials, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, monitoring inventory, and helping ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year of prior relevant work experience. The anticipated schedule is 40 hours per week, and the pay range is $17.00–$25.65 per hour. The position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pulling of replenishments using powered equipment.
• Build pallets of product cases for stocking.
• Follow safety procedures while operating powered equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Assist the distribution department with overseeing incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and packages.
• Inspect warehouse equipment and machinery to identify unsafe conditions and help prevent accidents.
• Load and unload pallets using heavy operating machinery, such as forklifts and/or overhead cranes.
• Maintain standard operating procedures in the warehousing department to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with supporting departments and distribution facilities to support timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
• Compile educational materials, training, and presentations to instruct staff on health and safety matters in the distribution department.
• Monitor distribution department inventory levels and process stock transfer requests and purchase orders to ensure materials are ordered timely and cost-effectively.
• Observe the condition of the distribution facility and share notes and improvement recommendations with leadership.
• Collect statistical data on distribution operation times and develop approaches to optimize processes.
