About The Position
Conducts pulling of replenishments using powered equipment and builds pallets of product cases for stocking. Follows safety procedures while operating powered equipment throughout the warehouse. The role also supports distribution operations by assisting with incoming materials and supplies, inspecting equipment, handling pallets, maintaining safety and regulatory procedures, coordinating with supporting departments, and monitoring inventory and facility conditions. It collects operational data and contributes to process improvements. This is a full-time position with anticipated hours of 40 per week. The listed pay range is $17.00–$25.65 per hour. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year of prior relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
- Conducts pulling of replenishments using powered equipment.
- Builds pallets for stocking with cases of product.
- Follows safety procedures while operating powered equipment throughout the warehouse.
- Assists the distribution department with overseeing incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and packages.
- Inspects warehouse equipment and machinery to identify unsafe conditions and help prevent accidents.
- Loads and unloads pallets using heavy operating machinery, such as forklifts and/or overhead cranes.
- Maintains standard operating procedures throughout the warehousing department to meet safety and regulatory compliance.
- Communicates with supporting departments and distribution facilities to support timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
- Compiles educational materials, training, and presentations to instruct staff on health and safety matters within the distribution department.
- Monitors inventory levels and processes stock transfer requests and purchase orders to ensure materials are ordered timely and cost-effectively.
- Observes the condition of the distribution facility and shares notes with leadership for improvement recommendations.
- Collects statistical data on distribution operation times and develops approaches to optimize processes.
