The Charter Logistics Coordinator coordinates charter-related ground transportation, flight monitoring, equipment, and customer service. The role also supports the delivery of contracted services and day-to-day operations, ensuring service-level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded. Work is scheduled Friday through Monday, with overnight hours that vary by day.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the United States for this employer.
Full proficiency across a range of assignments, gained through training and considerable experience.

Responsibilities

Schedule ground pickup and delivery to and from charter aircraft, aligning transportation with scheduled flight times.
Dispatch instructions to drivers, verify arrival windows, and communicate aircraft parking locations, tail numbers, and airport access points.
Track charter flight progress, routes, delays, and schedule changes in real time and adjust ground dispatch accordingly.
Coordinate with clients and ground teams to track, retrieve, and reuse shipping containers to meet turnaround demands.
Serve as the direct customer contact, provide proactive updates, handle delivery exceptions, and professionally resolve schedule changes.
Manage delivery or deployment of contracted services to meet or exceed contract SLAs and KPIs.
Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal support groups to support business products.
Support daily facility activities, including government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, order processing, supplier procurement, inventory, staffing, inspections, employee engagement and development, safety, security, and profitability.
Perform financial activities such as forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and preparing annual business plans.
Retain and strengthen customer relationships, which may include face-to-face customer service.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities.
Provide support to field stocking locations, agent locations across multiple geographies, and the provider network, as needed.
Provide administrative or technical support for effective ongoing operations and apply established processes and procedures.
Solve atypical or infrequent problems, identify key issues and patterns in partial or conflicting data, and complete work with limited supervision.
May operate powered industrial equipment.
May serve as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues.
