About The Position

Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a motivated LVN or RN to join its team and provide care to residents. The nurse will work under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing, and clinical staff, with opportunities to grow professionally and support the development of team members. The position is listed for a 2 p.m.–10 p.m. shift and described as full-time, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Hold a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Care about serving residents.
• Be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents.
• Consult with physicians concerning resident evaluations and assist the Director of Nursing with planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Support team members in their career growth.
• Examine residents and their records and charts to identify normal and abnormal findings and recognize early signs of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems.
• Complete administrative duties for assigned residents, including medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
