About The Position
Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide nursing care during the 2 PM–10 PM shift. The role includes monitoring patients’ conditions, assessing their needs, and providing compassionate care. The nurse collaborates with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized care plans, performs routine procedures, maintains patient charts, and administers medications and treatments according to physician orders. Requirements
- An LVN license is required.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide appropriate care.
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures, including blood pressure measurements and administering injections.
- Complete patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patients’ medication and provide treatments according to physicians’ orders.
