Channel Operations Coordinator

About The Position

Agile IT is building a partner program from scratch to support defense contractors working toward CMMC compliance and secure Microsoft cloud environments. The Channel Operations Coordinator ensures that the program operates reliably by maintaining partner records, processing deal registrations, keeping partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline data accurate, producing reports, tracking referral payouts, coordinating event logistics and follow-up, and communicating program updates to partners. This is an inside role with travel, and most non-event work is spent in the CRM, partner tracking tools, and spreadsheets. The processes are expected to evolve as the program grows. The Head of Channel selects partners, events, and tools. The CEO approves partner agreements, referral fees, and payouts. The coordinator calculates referral earnings and prepares payouts for approval but does not approve them or sell. The sales team works partner-generated deals, while the coordinator maintains accurate records from referral through close and flags registration or payout issues. The role reports to the Head of Channel and is the second position on a two-person channel team.
