About The Position

mindbodygreen is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Amazon Channel Operations Lead to own the day-to-day operations of the brand’s Amazon business. The role aims to drive incremental revenue, scale new-customer acquisition, and maximize channel profitability. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in communication, and comfortable managing the operational details of a growing supplements business. Remote work is offered, though occasional site visits may be required.

Requirements

At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM) for direct-to-consumer or CPG brands.
Proficiency with Amazon Brand Registry, Seller Central support ticketing, lab compliance workflows, and analytics/reporting platforms.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proactive communication and the ability to resolve operational problems.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations, including FBA and Direct Fulfillment.
Lead setup for new SKUs, ASIN creation, UPC mapping, parent-child variations, and product launch sequences.
Manage account health; resolve listing suppressions and UPC/title mapping discrepancies; and draft appeals for platform flags or suspensions.
Oversee Amazon supplement compliance requirements, coordinating Certificate of Analysis (COA) uploads, lab-testing workflows such as third-party lab/TRF ID processing, and regulatory documentation.
Assist with monthly sales forecasts and inventory replenishment models, targeting approximately 90 days of on-hand inventory while managing storage fees.
Assist with margin and unit-level P&L analyses, accounting for COGS, 3PL fulfillment costs, Amazon referral fees, and advertising spend.
Maintain reporting dashboards monitoring daily revenue velocity, unit sales, Buy Box share, and customer LTV metrics.
