Horseshoe Bay ResortStratford, ON

About The Position

The Queen’s Cue, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is seeking attentive and dependable Chamber Stewards - Guest Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team in Stratford. At The Queen’s Cue, the Chamber Steward is the keeper of the guest’s space - entrusted with creating rooms and public areas that feel considered, comfortable, and beautifully cared for. Inspired by the traditional role of a steward responsible for the order and presentation of private chambers, our Chamber Stewards help ensure every part of the hotel feels ready to welcome the next guest into its story. While guestrooms will be at the heart of the role, you will work flexibly across public areas, restaurant and lounge spaces, and other areas of the hotel, while also assisting with laundry duties as required. Through careful preparation, consistency, and attention to detail, you will help create the sense of polish and care that guests should feel throughout their entire stay. You notice the details others may miss. You take pride in creating spaces that feel fresh, calm, and thoughtfully prepared, and you understand that a beautifully presented room can shape a guest’s impression before a single word is spoken. Your day may include preparing and refreshing guestrooms, replenishing amenities, maintaining public areas and Food & Beverage spaces, assisting with laundry, and responding flexibly to the needs of the hotel throughout the day. You are comfortable working independently, but equally willing to step in and support the wider team wherever needed. You bring care, consistency, and a strong work ethic to everything you do. You enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a space transformed and understand that great housekeeping is about more than cleanliness - it is about creating an environment where every guest feels considered, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed.
