Requirements
- Active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Oregon (OR OT per notes)
- Experience in Oregon school settings or pediatric therapy is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a school setting and follow established OT plans
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and therapists
- Proficiency in data collection and progress documentation
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor occupational therapy plans for students under OT supervision
- Conduct data collection, track progress toward goals, and adjust activities as needed
- Prepare therapy materials, set up equipment, and ensure safety and accessibility in classroom environments
- Communicate student needs and progress with OT team, teachers, and families
- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and related administrative tasks to support therapy services
