About The Position

Interim HealthCare is hiring a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Warner Robins, Georgia. This role provides personalized care to seniors and people with an illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes. CNAs have 1:1 patient ratios, work independently, and can make their own schedules to support work-life balance. The position pays $14 per hour and offers a $500 sign-on bonus. Online training and continuing education units are available to support skill development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Georgia.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Current TB results.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation.
• Compassionate nature and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and people with an illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes.
• Help patients with daily activities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail and skin care, eating, and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Check vital signs, measure intake and output, monitor blood glucose, and document changes.
• Work with home health nurses and aides to ensure the patient’s care plan is followed.
• Observe patients and notify a supervisor of issues that may require changes to care, medication, or medical equipment.
