About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in Indianapolis and surrounding areas, within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role provides variety through work at multiple ASC facilities, along with a consistent 30-day monthly schedule.

This is a PRN position requiring six work dates each month: four Monday through Friday and two on a Saturday or Sunday. Employees choose which dates to work and may arrange them as they prefer. The position pays $24 per hour.

The CNA provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. The role also offers opportunities to support senior residents and their families and participate in career growth and preceptor programs.

Requirements

• Hold an active Indiana CNA license.
• Demonstrate commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home address.
• Work six PRN dates each month: four weekdays and two Saturdays or Sundays.
