About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Certified Nursing Assistant for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role offers the variety of working at multiple ASC facilities with a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. The posting lists pay of $24 per hour and PRN availability. PRN requires six work dates per month: four Monday through Friday and two on a Saturday or Sunday. Employees choose which six dates to work each month and may arrange them as they prefer.

The CNA provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. The position calls for an active Indiana CNA license, at least two years of long-term-care nursing-home experience, commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values, and willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of home.

Requirements
