About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants at East Lake help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and working with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated care.

Candidates should bring a supportive presence, physical stamina, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills. They must hold current Indiana CNA certification, be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending and assisting with resident mobility, and demonstrate a passion for geriatric nursing and senior care. Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Have the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide nursing services.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
