Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to create a comforting and engaging atmosphere.
- Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and repositioning, to prevent discomfort and promote independence.
- Help residents during mealtimes, supporting proper nutrition intake and individual dietary needs.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
