About The Position

American Senior Communities (ASC) is hiring a Float Certified Nursing Assistant for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role offers the variety of working at multiple ASC facilities, along with a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. PRN work is available: employees work six dates per month, including four weekdays and two Saturdays or Sundays, and choose which dates to work. The position pays $24 per hour.

The CNA provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. Requirements

• Hold an active Indiana CNA license.
• Have at least two years of long-term care nursing home experience.

• Be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home address.
