About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Certified Nursing Assistant for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in Valparaiso, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role offers the variety of working at multiple ASC facilities while providing the stability of one company and a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. PRN requires six work dates per month: four Monday through Friday and two on Saturday or Sunday, with the employee choosing the dates and how to split them.

The CNA provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. The role emphasizes making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Requirements

• Active Indiana CNA license.

• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home.
