About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Certified Nursing Assistant for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool. The role offers work at multiple American Senior Communities facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. Employees receive a consistent 30-day monthly schedule while working in a float setting.

This is a PRN role requiring six work dates each month: four Monday through Friday and two on Saturday or Sunday. Employees choose which dates to work and may split them up as desired. The stated pay is $24 per hour. The CNA provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units and is expected to plan, oversee, and take accountability for resident care.

Requirements

• Active Indiana CNA license.

• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home.
• Work six dates each month: four Monday through Friday and two on a Saturday or Sunday.
