About The Position

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care in a skilled nursing facility. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide certification in the State of Texas.
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and physically perform job-related duties.
• Ability to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Ability and willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Compassionate and supportive manner.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification (preferred).
• Hoyer lift experience specific to the resident.
• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting and be eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
